Comfortable short stay in Amsterdam! >1 single bed (90*200), desk and one big closet in a cozy bedroom (13M2 on First floor) in 3-floor house >it faces South and is bright with 2 big windows. >Bathroom/Toilet/kitchen are shared. > safe and quiet area • 500 meter away from metro station • Schiphol airport: 25 min • City centre by tram/bus/bike: 15-20 min. • 15 mins walk to nearest Lelylaan train station • 5 mins walk to supermarkets, Pizzeria and Turkey’s restaurants and lovely park nearby. The space There is one single bed (90CM* 200CM) , mattress is hard (for guests who prefer soft mattress might not be comfortable), and can host 1 guest only. You can wash your clothes using washing machine during you stay (5 euro per load); there will be hand towel and shower towels, Shampoo and Shower Gel provided for free. Guest access > bathroom, extra toilet and dedicated guest kitchen/dining/living room can be accessed by guest(s). >fridge, microwave and kettle are equiped in the kitchen, not possible to fry or cook something heavy >You can help yourself with coffee,tea and cookies unlimited during the day in the kitchen ; >There will be one selected snack/small gift provided on your day of check-in for free. >Host can help you with travel tips and provide you with free Amsterdam Maps/brochures >extra service: bike rental (for small fees) and free SIM card Guest access Guest Room: 2 towels (one shower towel and one hand towel), hair-dryer, one cup for drinking water/brushing tooth, a pen and sewing essential are provided; 1.5 bathrooms: Guest can use the shared bathroom (with shower, sink and toilet) on the first floor and an extra bathroom (toilet with a small sink) on the ground floor. we provide shampoo, shower gel, soap, toothpaste, comb, cotton bud and some shaving essential for men (toothbrush upon a fee). Kitchen & Dining: a dedicated guest kitchen on 2nd floor has a dining table, a kettle, a sandwich maker, a microwave and a fridge. All dishware, cutlery, plates, bowls, cups and glasses are included. The instant coffee, tea, sugar, salt and Dutch candies are all provided. Please note, we do not have cooking essentials, so to fry/stew/grill are not possible, but you can use microwave to heat/warm up food. Gym: there are one yoga mat and one training mat in the kitchen (besides the fridge) During your stay 1. Check-in time is between 14:00 and 21:00; for emergency purposes and prior communication, host will wait to check in between 21:00 and 23:00, but there will be a charge for late check in (5 euro per hour waiting after 21:00), after 23:00 check-in is not possible and guest needs to check in from 7:00 AM the next day. 2. Drop luggage (free) prior 14:00 is possible, Prior notification to host is required to make sure host will be home and take in the luggage. 3. Check-out time is 11 am latest. Late Check-out after 11 am will be 10 euro per hour penalty. 4. Max one guest per guest room and you can NOT bring people who are not guests to the house without the permission of the host. 5. Extra guest will stay in an extra available guest room, to communicate to host in advance to check availability and make payment in cash or through airbnb payment request. The host will provide an invoice upon request. The rate will apply per your booking night rate or listed airbnb rate online or 70 euro/night per peak season-Apr to Oct (50 euro/night per low season-Nov to Mar), which is lower and 20 euro cleaning cost per stay. Other things to note > each guest room is private with a lock and the door can be locked inside and outside > share common area (toilet/kitchen/bathroom) with other guests (max 3 other guests) >if you need airport pick up service or way to airport, please consult with host with lower fare.
