An hour drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor. By booking guests agree to adhere to house rules The space Two bedrooms on main floor each with Queen bed. Loft with one Queen bed and two Twin beds. Kitchen (fully stocked), dining area overlooking water, living area with TV, two full baths with showers (no tubs) and laundry closet (full size washer/dryer) on main floor. Walk out basement with half bath, TV, Pool Table and Living Area. Large back yard with fire pit, BBQ, swing set, slide, lit walkways to water, four kayaks, two canoes, one paddle boat and private dock. We gladly accept a maximum of two dogs. The pet fee is $100.00 per dog. Airbnb charges for the first dog only. The fee for a second dog will be requested through the resolution center and must be paid prior to check in. No cats please. DOGS MUST BE CRATED WHEN LEFT ALONE IN HOUSE. We do not supply crate, please bring your own. Please keep dogs confined to property when outdoors. And please pick up and dispose of all dog poop. Guest access Access to whole house except boiler room and garage. Other things to note Handicap accessible ramp to entrance. Ground level living for those that have difficulty with stairs. Four kayaks, two canoes and one paddle boat available seasonally with life jackets, life vests, floaties, goggles, beach towels etc located under staircase in closet on lower level. Please be sure to return all items when finished. Basketball hoop in driveway. Large parking area able to accommodate up to four vehicles. Boat launch on site. Snow mobile trails right across the street. Less than an hours drive to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Thirty minutes to Bangor. Fiber optic internet, four Roku smart TV’s for streaming. If guest count should change after initial booking it is imperative that booking be modified, prior to check in,to indicate exact number of guests that will be checking in. Not modifying guest count to accurately reflect total number of quests will be cause for immediate cancellation of booking, without refund, for violation of rules/contract. One audio/video camera located on the garage to monitor driveway/parking lot. One audio/video camera located on eaves at rear of home pointing towards lake to monitor watercraft. Please be aware that we are 2.8 miles off the hwy on a well maintained gravel road. Fiber Optic Internet is included but speeds may vary due to location of property.
