We are looking for a 2025 summer sublet! We are offering a generous discount (less than the cost of rent) if you book for at least one month in the summer. Enjoy this peaceful and centrally-located 1-bed + office, fully-equipped apartment on historic Wooster Square Park. Just a few minutes walk from downtown New Haven, Yale, and amazing pizza! The space The apartment can sleep 7 total: 2 in the master bedroom, 2 in the guest bedroom, 1 on the couch, and 2 on our queen-sized air mattress. This is our full-time apartment -- we will be leaving during your stay but will be easily accessible through email and phone! Guest access You will have full access to the apartment and basement storage. Other things to note Off-street parking is easy to find, almost always directly in front of the apartment.
