The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, multifunction robot, juice extractor, large fridge + integrated freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, complete kitchen utensils, dishes, all the utensils necessary to prepare delicious meals, including pastries and many accessories. The living room offers, among other things, 1 sofa, 1 armchair, internet access, 1 TV 130 channels + Netflix. The coffee table contains everything needed to prepare appetizers. The bathroom has 1 double sink unit, 1 towel dryer, 1 rain shower, a washing machine with drying rack. The toilets are separate. Autonomous arrival and departure thanks to a key box with code, allowing greater freedom. Access to the garden with numerous fruit trees (not fenced), juxtaposed with the garage, relaxation area with table and chairs.
