Located downtown directly on the Chippewa River State Trail, you are walking distance from many community amenities such as the Farmer's Market, Pablo Center at the Confluence, local restaurants and shopping, and more. The space The unit is located in an apartment complex occupied by mostly long-term (12-month) renters. The unit is efficiently designed with a queen sized murphy bed that pulls out over the sofa shown in the image. The unit includes a dishwasher, cooktop, washer/dryer combination, and dedicated work zone. Guest access Guest access includes first floor tenant lounge and productivity room, on site work out facility, and bike storage. Other things to note This is pet friendly property; however, to cater to guests with allergies or preferences for a pet-free environment, we have select units specifically designated as pet-free.
