Sun, beach, rest: welcome to L'Appart'! Located in a quiet residence on the heights of Anse à l'Âne, in Trois-Ilets, 2 minutes' drive to the beach, L'Appart' is the ideal place for a peaceful stay. It is close to restaurants, shops (convenience stores, bakery, tobacco…) and the sea shuttle to access Fort-de-France. Let yourself be seduced, you won't regret it! The space Fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment. It has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with closets, 2 bathrooms (one of which is attached to the bedroom), a living room with a sofa bed, an individual armchair, TV (Orange subscription, Wi-Fi) as well as books and games (cards, dominoes, chess). The kitchen opens to the living room and is equipped (stovetop, range hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge…). Finally, the loggia will offer you a magnificent sea view. The accommodation is non-smoking and pets and parties are not allowed. Guest access A parking space is reserved for you. Other things to note Accommodation for 4 people and can accommodate up to 6 people (subject to 15th per person per night). Linens are provided and will be changed every week. No cleaning fee will be applied, however, the cleaning of L'Appart' is your responsibility until the day you leave.
