We are a couple of travelers who, having returned to Sicily, have created a "home" between the small gorges of the Alcantara River and the Etna Park. The Alcantara Eco Project "Cantu u Ciumi" was born from our life project. A PRIVATE 6-meter-diameter cotton tent is available for sleeping surrounded by nature in front of Mount Etna, lulled by the sound of the river. Kitchen, BBQ, fire space, shower and bathroom (compost toilet) are shared and organized to offer simple hospitality while respecting the environment. The Bell tent for the private use of our guests is equipped with comfortable beds already prepared with sheets and duvets (in the evening the temperature drops pleasantly even in the middle of summer). The view of Etna will not disappoint you, and if you are lucky you might even see some eruptions.
