Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention. The space The space includes one ensuite bedroom with a double bed which has two drawers for clothes. The ensuite shower room has a shower, a sink and toilet. There is a wooden desk/table workstation which also suits as a dressing table. There is a beautiful wooden staircase which leads down to the snug/ living room. There is a sofa, wicker armchair, coffee table and cupboard to hang clothes. There is also a smart TV, record player, board games and books, as well as a wonderful old piano. There is a kettle with tea and coffee, cups, plates, wine glasses and cutlery. There is a small patio area for the airbnb accommodation with a table and chairs. * Please note: there is no kitchen currently available as it is work in progress but there is a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, washing machine and dryer in the utility room next to the annex that you are welcome to use. Please note that access to the rented accommodation is across the main house patio and that the garden is for private use only unless requested and arranged in advance Guest access Access via the gate for number 19 and you will see the gate for 21. Go through this gate and head towards the old well and there you will see two glass doors which is the annex. The key will be in the key box above the door. Please note that our two small and very friendly dogs play out in the garden and we have two cats so please take care to shut the gates carefully. Other things to note To protect this beautiful 500 year old thatch cottage there is a strict rule of no smoking, no candles and no flames of any kind inside the house or in the garden.
