Fully self contained private studio room with kitchenette and shower toilet , easy walking distance from town centre and access to south downs national park. New Haven ferry 25 mins. Brighton by bus or train. On street parking but if requested I can make room for guest car off road. The space Check in time is 2.30pm and check out 11am...we can usually be flexible with this depending on circumstances. Our space is a modern self contained studio. The bed a is pocket spring divan . There is TV with free view and internet. You have a small fridge and cooking facilities . We let guests used our washing and drying machines if required. Guest access This space is a self contained studio with its own front entrance. There is no need to access the main house. Other things to note The Studio Room is fully self contained and we don't provide breakfast. We can put a welcome pack of Tea Coffee milk in the room if you require. We live in the adjoining house and we have 2 dogs and two cats. On street parking is free and usually plentiful. We have bikes that our guests can use for going into town, there are no hills and it is a 5 minute cycle to the centre of Lewes.
