This listing is for entire house comprised of 2 seperate apartments in downtown Mystic. The first apartment is a cute and cozy ground floor 1 bed / 1 bath. The second apartment directly above is a more spacious 2 bed / 1 bath. The property is ideal for multigernational family groups or friends who want to travel together but would prefer to have their own space. With the sofa beds, the property will sleep up to 10 guests. All of Mystics key attractions are an easy walk away. The space Both apartments are well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartments are not connected via an internal stair case. Each has its own private entrance. There is access to a small outdoor seating area and dedicated parking for two vehicles. There is unlimited free street parking as well. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Other things to note Well behaved pets are welcome for a fee of $75. I am a responsible host and good neighbor, for that reason I have a strict no party policy. Excessively loud noise that disturbs my next neighour and her family are also strictly forbidden. She will immediately alert me to any disturbances or attempts to get around my no party policy.
