Sun Bay house is a newly built house (2022) characterized by a great brightness and furnished in a simple and welcoming style. At the entrance, an iridescent open space with sofa and fully equipped kitchen and with large windows opens onto the panoramic veranda and a breath-taking landscape. Overall, the house has two double bedrooms furnished in light colours which, starting from the exposed wood of the roof, expand, giving brightness to the furnishings and the house as a whole. The space Sun Bay house is a welcoming, semi-detached house with an unparalleled panorama in north-eastern Sardinia. The apartment can be reached by going beyond the industrial area of Olbia and is located on an isthmus of land between the greenery of the Mediterranean maquis and the beautiful beaches of the hamlet of Pittulongu. The house is located in a very large place and the lack of obstacles restores vivid horizons to the view on which the characteristic Gallura mountains are shyly outlined. This heaven of serenity is surrounded by a delightful, well-kept lawn shared with the other unity of about 1000sqm, bordered by the sea itself. For lovers of adventure, there’s a pier and some canoes, useful for pleasant sea trips. Moreover, the house has a small, secluded beach located on the left side of the property. Furthermore, there’s a number of other equally secluded inlets that are easily reachable in a few minutes on foot. The house features a panoramic veranda equipped with a bbq and projected to enjoy the pleasures of conviviality outdoors and savour the delicious scents and infinite colours that paint the summer sunsets of the Gallura mountains. Other things to note Pets are welcome upon request, subject to approval and an extra fee, provided they do not go on beds or sofas and are taken outside the property grounds for their needs. To be paid at check-in: - Tourist tax to be paid in cash upon arrival according to the regulations of the Municipality. - Any pending balance required. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the swimming pool are subject to changes depending on scheduled maintenance, weather conditions, and approval by the property owners. For check-ins between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €30.00 applies. In case of late check-in from 10:00 p.m. onwards (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 will be charged. For check-ins between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 applies. In case of expected arrivals after 12:00 a.m., the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 may apply. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please respect the recycling regulations and dispose of waste properly according to the instructions provided at check-in. Waste must be sorted into separate bags for organic waste, plastic, glass, paper, cans, and residual waste, and placed in the appropriate bins. At CHECK-OUT, the property must be completely free of any remaining waste. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of €250.00 being withheld.
