Exclusive use of 1st & 2nd flr, 4 rooms, 3 baths, 8 beds up to 10 guests. Access to 3rd floor balcony & roof deck overlooking the Mayon Volcano. Spacious masters bed with separate entry way onto the balcony. Home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood on a private street. Full working kitchen and only a 4min walk to nearby restaurants. Covered car port for 1 vehicle, with available street parking. Additional guests possible with extra fee, caretaker stays on the 3rd floor, away from guests. Nahla's house is newly renovated in 2023 with all new furniture, kitchen, water heaters, appliances, and AC's in all rooms. It's centrally located and sits in a residential neighborhood. This is our family's vacation home dedicated to our only daughter Nahla. We only visit once a year so the space is kept shiny and new. We like to keep high standards in terms of cleanliness and overall quality of stay for our guests. We made it a priority to have beds that are comfortable with thick comforters. Our co-hosts Carl & Pez live on the third floor away from guests and are both full time professional nurses. Guest access 1st and 2nd floor will be exclusively used by guests. Caretakers live on the third floor with their own bed, bath, and kitchen, and will only need to use the stairs and hallway to get in and out of the property. During your stay Caretaker stays on the third floor with their own kitchen, bath, & bedroom. The only common area will be the hallway and stairs. Other things to note Our location is at an area in the Philippines where city water is unreliable. In an effort to offset this, we have installed a deep well. All sources for the bathrooms will come from the deep well. But we do provide unlimited filtered water through plastic containers that can be used for drinking, brushing teeth, and food preparation.
