The space You will have fully private use of the two queen bedrooms and private bathrooms upstairs, the huge main bedroom has an en suite bath, the second bedroom has a bathroom adjacent to it. Also a small coffee room upstairs with a small fridge, microwave, Keurig and electric kettle and a roomy parlor floor that features a sun room with two comfy chairs and a four-seat dining table. I do live in the house but do not use the parlor when I have guests and I have a totally separate entrance in the back of the house. Please note: NYC home sharing laws no longer allow for guest reservations of more than two guests per reservation. I live on the parlor level but use the back door and have a completely separate suite and my own entrance. The entire second floor of the house is dedicated to my guests as are the main entry and the huge parlor area on the first floor. Other things to note Please note the house is the corner house on a one-lane cul-de-sac off a two-lane avenue. All parking on our block is private (ask to reserve my spot!) and if you pull in with your car, you may need to back out. Please do so with caution. Also please note, while the avenue is mostly residential, there is a steady flow of traffic so this may not be the ideal listing for anyone who is especially sensitive to noise.
