3 Suwannee Sisters is a beautiful home that sits on the Suwannee River at the edge of the Gulf. With both canal and river access, bring your boat to make the best memories and enjoy family fun! You will have a panoramic view of the river which makes morning coffee even better. Come and enjoy your time way down upon the Suwannee River. The space This home is spacious and sleeps 10. The open floor plan includes 2 bedrooms, a sleeping loft/bedroom, laundry, and 2 bathrooms on the main level upstairs. The downstairs has been completely renovated thanks to Hurricane Helene. The downstairs area is now completely open and features a full bathroom, new lounging swings overlooking the river, a dining area, gas grill, gas tabletop Blackstone griddle, and a refrigerator for your boat snacks, bait, and fresh catch. We also purchased a new floating metal dock with a gangway for easier boat access. The boat house is also now open and can house 2 boats, depending on size. There is no lift, only cleats and tie-offs. Should you need to house extra guests, we have 2 queen size Corda-Roy Bean Bag beds that can be used.
