This cottage is centrally located for hiking, fishing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, sight seeing, cross country skiing, downhill skiing, shopping, etc. We are directly on local snowmobile trails that will take you to Malone, Tupper Lake, Ellenburg, etc. We are 10 minutes from The Titus Mtn. Family ski center and minutes from local hiking trails. The space The living space provides a combined kitchen and living room area along with a full bathroom downstairs. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms and a 1/2 bath. The large bedroom is separated from the hallway by an accordion wall. Walk out the living room door onto the beautiful deck with beautiful lake and mountain views. Bring your canoes and kayaks. The boat launch is just a few steps away from the house. Store all of your gear in the 1 car garage on the roadside of the home. The garage also provides extra space during the spring, summer and fall for extra tables and chairs and for guests to "hang out" if it is raining or just too hot to be out on the deck. There is room to park 1 vehicle in the driveway. The owner can provide extra space to park vehicles and snowmobile trailers as needed. The home is directly on the lake where you can fish, canoe, kayak, waterski etc. The house is centrally located to hiking trails, other lakes rivers and streams for further canoeing, kayaking, fishing, etc. The home is located directly on the snowmobile trails. Jump on your snowmobile directly from the house and head to Malone, St. Regis Falls, Meacham Lake, Saranac Lake, Malone, etc. Because we are located on the snowmobile trails you can also snowshoe and cross-country ski right from the front door. The home is 10 minutes from the Titus Mtn. Family Ski Center and a little over an hour from Whiteface Mountain. Guest access You will have access to the entire home as described. Please be aware that there is a boat house on each side of the home that are rarely used. These boat houses provide privacy but there is no yard or land with the house. Your outdoor space is the deck. This is a must see for couples or single people that just want to relax and enjoy outdoor activities that one can participate in in the local area.
