This beautiful, spacious, high-quality furnished apartment of a total of 64 m² is located in one of the most desirable residential areas in Germany, in the municipality of Berg am Starnberger See. Only an eight-minute walk to the lake. We are dog-friendly! Various hiking trails, restaurants and shopping nearby, bus stop towards Seeshaupt and Starnberg two minutes away. Golfers will also get their money's worth with us! Six golf courses are located nearby. The space The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. A microwave with grill and baking function and a dishwasher complete the picture. An oven is not provided. A spacious shower room, a bedroom with double bed (180 × 200) and TV. Towels and linens are included. The large living area offers TV including Netflix, free fast Internet, sofa, dining table for four people. The apartment is located on the first floor (no elevator) and has a small balcony with seating. Parking is in front of the house. There is a dog shower for our four-legged friends. Towels, baskets, bowls and bathrobes are available. The apartment is only for two people and is a non-smoking apartment. For bicycles, we offer a lockable hut. Other things to note Please understand that we do not offer garden use, as we have four dogs ourselves and the garden is private. A fenced free run for the dogs is provided. Only a few minutes' walk away there is a hiking trail through the forest (no leash required). The code for the door will be communicated to you shortly beforehand.
