The space Designed by renowned local architect Rick Burt, The Lodge at Little Moxie Cove offers classic Maine living with a blend of modern sophistication. The main living space provides a sense of scale, with soaring ceilings, walls of windows, and natural light pouring in from every direction. From the kitchen, you can interact with friends in the dining and living rooms below, or just soak in the view while preparing a bite. The main level includes a generous master suite, complete with California king, sitting area, walk-in closet, laundry room, and full bathroom. A guest room with queen size bed, and powder room complete the main level. Go upstairs, and you will find a perfectly cozy reading nook, with pull-out couch for more sleeping space. Walk across the bridge and take in the home from a bird's-eye view, and then continue past the full bathroom to the two other bedrooms. The front room has a queen size bed, and stunning views of the water, while the back room has two twin beds and enjoys more privacy. The lower level of the home will be your gathering place, with plenty of space for sitting in the living room. Enjoy a fire, sing tunes around the piano, watch a movie, or just sit back and watch the water! Through the door next to the sofa, you will enter a world of relaxation and rejuvenation, complete with hot tub, sauna, and an extra shower for rinsing pre and post-soak. Outside, you can play horseshoes and other lawn games, share meals on the deck, and enjoy evenings around the fire pit. Walk down to the beach to collect shells and sea glass, or put the kayaks in the water and explore the coast! Guest access Guests have access to the Main House, including the Sauna in the Spa Area. The Hot Tub is available for renters' use for an additional fee of $500 per week. If you wish to use the two kayaks and or the canoe in the basement, there is a Liability Release Form, copies of which can be found in the kitchen. Just fill it out, sign it, and text it to us once you have arrived at the Lodge.
