The upstairs has a spacious bedroom with 2 full size beds, a sitting area complete with coffee pot and coffee-you don't even have to go to the kitchen downstairs. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and double sinks, and open shelving. The downstairs is the central gathering area, with a full, complete kitchen. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size, super comfy mattress, large full bathroom with shower/tub combination, double vanities and open shelving for ease of access for towels and extras you might need. Outside, you will find a rustic large fire pit area, with some firewood! We have corn hole, and a lawn, dart game for outdoor fun for your family! We will be adding to the outdoor space the winter!! The only access to upstairs is by the staircase outside, thus providing the upstairs guests a more secluded experience. Guest access You will have access to the whole A Frame and 10 acres of forest complete with walking trails. And soon the remodeled barn- we ask you don’t go in there now for your own safety! Other things to note Please be aware, you are in nature! When out walking the property, please be aware of your surroundings, watching for snakes in the warmer months. No swimming/wading in pond. We are in a remote rural area, we do have limited groceries at the local Dollar General. Please bring food with you if you want to cook in house! Also, there is a liquor store, Dink's Liquor about 5 miles to the south. We now have high-speed fiber/WiFi. You will notice there are remnants from a farm past~we have worked extensively to clean up the more public areas but have much left to do. Thank you for your overlook of the mess!!
