You have access to all the house except the garage and the cellar as well as a room reserved for the owners. We also ask you not to use the contents of the cupboards indicated "private" for the respect of the owners. Other things to note The fireplace is not operational during the summer. For other periods, please ask us for the usage instructions. This property is a family home, far from standardized and impersonal rentals dedicated solely to short-term stays. We offer you a warm and lively house with character and soul, perfectly equipped for moments with family or friends. ***Cleaning Fees & Linens*** The cleaning fee includes the provision of high-quality hotel linens: bed sheets, towels, essential supplies, and a professional cleaning service upon your departure. ***Personalized Welcome*** A personalized check-in and key handover will be arranged upon your arrival and departure. You will also receive a custom digital guide with local recommendations and must-see places as soon as you complete your booking. ***🏡 House Rules*** The person making the reservation must be present during the stay. Parties and noise after 10 PM are not allowed. Pets are not permitted. Guests must dispose of their trash in the appropriate containers. The property should be kept reasonably clean during the stay.
