Located in Downtown Palm Springs in the Baristo Neighborhood, just two blocks away you can immerse yourself and experience Downtown Palm Springs, filled with lively restaurants, unique boutiques, bars, and more. City of P.S. ID# 801 The space Enjoy your stay in this cozy modern mid-century condo. Relax from a long day in the living room watching your favorite shows on the smart TV with cable TV included. Choose from a list of outside activities such as lounging on the balcony or going downstairs to take a dip in the pool or soak in the jacuzzi. Enjoy wifi throughout the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, cups, and utensils. There is a toaster, Keurig coffee machine, Brita water filter and water kettle. There is also a dishwasher and sink to clean your dishes. The range is electric. At the end of your day get a restful sleep on the king size bed. Guest access There is a paid washer and dryer available on the ground floor. There is also a pool, two jacuzzis, and a tennis court within the complex. Other things to note You can walk to most places to explore downtown Palm Springs. Sunline transit bus stop is 2-4 minute walk from our condo on Ramon at Calle El Segundo and Ramon at Calle Palo Fierro (For routes 2/Red line). Agua Caliente Casino : 3 minute drive Palm Springs Convention Center: 3 minute drive Palm Springs Art Museum Architecture and Design Center: 3 minute drive NOTE: The condo is in downtown (off of Ramon Road and S Calle El Segundo), which comes with the potential of busy/noisy streets during peak season. Most of our guests do not have an issue, but it is something to keep in mind. According to Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance: -You must be over 25 years old to book this property. - Maximum number of overnight guests limited to 2 adults -Quiet Hours: Between 10pm and 10am NO smoking, NO parties/events, NO pets allowed. The city of Palm Springs prohibits noise and music at any time. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, and disruptive guests.
