Nestled between river and forest, yet in walking distance of the exquisite medieval city centre of Dinan and charming Lehon, our modern but cosy home offers our guests a wonderful place to enjoy the many delights found in this magical corner of Brittany. If a lover of nature, history, or fine cuisine all can be found on your doorstep or a short drive to the coast. Designed to benefit from the breathtaking surroundings just staying at our beautiful home will make your holiday memorable. The space The property is accessed along the towpath between the old stone bridges of Dinan and Lehon. Free parking is provided for 2 vehicles in front. Private access to the house is through the front flower garden with an outdoor terrace for the guests` personal use The house is divided, with the lower principal part being for the sole use of the guests. This includes in 120m2, a Lounge/Games area on the Ground Floor. On the Floor above an open plan Dining and Kitchen with views toward the viaduct and wooded valley opens onto the upper terrace and private garden. Also on this floor are the Master Bedroom which has a panoramic view over the valley and the two smaller Bedrooms that look to the forest and down the valley respectively. Each bedroom accommodates two guests. The Bathroom/Toilet is also located on the upper floor. There are board games and books for the guests` use and a fireplace to warm up cooler evenings. Television and free Wi-Fi are also provided. The second floor loft has an apartment used by owner and accessed independently. We are happy to welcome you to this exquisite corner of Brittany.
