Private Lavanda Room with Breakfast and Pool

On the upper floors of the Villa we have created rooms with en suite bathroom furnished in style. These rooms were once used for silkworm breeding, sold to local merchants for the production of fabrics. The small Lavanda double room facing North with a view of the hills, this 15 sqm room has a 3 sqm private bathroom with shower, sink, wc and bidet. It can accommodate up to 2 people. The space Old country house from the end of the eighteenth century, always owned by the Fiore family where they still live, renovated, located on a hill 15 km from the sea and the mountains. Today it has become a charming farmhouse in Abruzzo. Surrounded by the wonderful landscape that our Abruzzo region offers and with a splendid view of the Gran Sasso and the surrounding hills, the cosy swimming pool is the ideal place to refresh and relax. It offers ample green space for outdoor sports and a children’s play area. In the panoramic veranda you can enjoy breakfast. The rooms on the upper floors have been converted into comfortable rooms and flats that preserve the integrity of the old materials. We have tried to preserve the original materials such as brick floors, some ceilings with frescoes and old wooden doors. With 19 hectares of olive groves, walnut groves, orchards and vegetables, the pleasures of the countryside are brought back to life. Guest access At guests' disposal are: the swimming pool, the garden, the covered patio, the veranda, the reading room with a well-stocked library and the breakfast room. Outside you will have ample space to walk in complete relaxation. During your stay The Agriturismo is managed by our "Fiore" family, who have been taking care of it with passion for over 20 years. We are always available to our guests for help, advice or just to have a chant. Other things to note The view from our Agriturismo is unique, ranging from the Adriatic Coast to the Apennine mountains. Waking up with this view while savouring our homemade cakes breakfast, perhaps served outdoors on the patio, is synonymous with true relaxation. For those who prefer an active holiday, our village is a perfect starting point to explore the surroundings and what they have to offer: the silver beaches of the Adriatic coast such as Tortoreto Lido, Mount Gran Sasso with the Gran Sasso National Park with all the majesty of its nature where time seems to stand still, the Laga Mountains with its walking trails, the main villages of Abruzzo such as Civitella del Tronto, Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Rocca Calascio, Pietracamela, Pescocostanzo, and the villages of the Marche such as Ascoli Piceno, Grottammare, San Benedetto del Tronto, Torre di Palme and Offida. The numerous panoramic bike routes over the winding hills passing through the peaceful countryside. Torano Nuovo and its surroundings are popular forcycling. Finally, all food and wine enthusiasts can enjoy typical local products at restaurants and the renowned wine cellars of Torano and Controguerra, are not far from us, with production of DOC, DOCG wines and DOP olive oil. Food and wine festivals are in July and August. The nearest restaurants are in Torano Nuovo, 2 km away, in the village there is also a small supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy and a bar.
