Le Fournil, a fully renovated old bread oven, combines modern comforts with old-fashioned charm. Located in an area of 5 ha of garden, meadows and woods, the house shares a swimming pool with the 4 other cottages of the estate. Large terrace and personal space around the house. The space Between Lot and Dordogne: exceptional cultural, natural and sports sites nearby. Less than 30 min: Sarlat, Domme, La Roque-Gageac, the castles along the Dordogne, the Gardens of Marqueyssac... Less than 60 min: Lascaux, the Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour... On the ground floor you will find a living room and fully equipped American kitchen, a double bedroom, and a shower room (shower, sink, toilet). On the first floor you will find two bedrooms each with two beds (possibility to join them to make a large double bed), a shower room (shower and sink) and a separate toilet. Linens and towels are provided (beds not made). Possibility to rent another house (for 8 to 10 people) on the same estate. Other things to note Laundry room located 25 m away with washing machine and dryer (to be shared with the 4 other cottages). Pool open from May 15 to September 15, it is unheated so often still a little cool in May. The estate is accessible by car on the day of arrival and departure. During the stay, cars are parked in the parking lot outside the estate (50 m from the house) to ensure the safety and tranquility of guests.
