The space This was originally a cowshed that’s been converted to a 50 sq m detached property. It’s got vaulted ceilings and underfloor heating. A wood burner is a cosy addition to the space and logs are provided. A separate bedroom with a king size four poster bed. Along with a separate luxurious bathroom with shower, double ended two person bath and modern suite. A large open plan kitchen, dining, living space with 50” TV. Traditional stone outside, a modern vibe inside. The bath is big, fill with just hot water - not mixed - to ensure you get a hot bath to share. Outside decking area with table and chairs and BBQ to be ready for summer 2026, taking in the views of Table Mountain. Guest access Just you here Other things to note It’s a recently converted old building and not a new build - consequently it’s not quite perfect - if you want new and perfect it’s not for you. If you want charm and comfort then come. You’ll feel instantly at home and relaxed. Please do not charge your electric vehicle without asking. There will be a fee to charge - at cost. Whilst you are free to use the woodburner please bear in mind that if the room gets excessively hot, 25C+, the tv isn’t keen on it - and it’s not good for people either! There are instructions on how to regulate the heat. The outside space will be landscaped first park of 2026, so outside seating is currently unavailable.
