Beautiful old renovated house, in the heart of the village of Les Orres, in one of the most beautiful valleys of the Southern Alps, 4 km from the station (in winter, free shuttle), at the start of the hiking trails Stunning mountain views, south-facing 150 m2, capacity of 8 to 10 people 3-star accommodation and 2 larch trees The space Upper level: 3 bedrooms with cupboards (1 bed of 160 cm, 1 bed of 140 cm and 2 single bunk beds), bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. Intermediate level: dining room with wood stove, living room with sofa bed (140 cm), fully equipped open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, laundry area Lower level: beautiful vaulted room of 50 m2 including a living room with fireplace and a bedroom area (1 sofa bed of 140 cm and 1 extra single bed of 90 cm), overlooking a small garden (outdoor table and chairs). Private garden of 120 m2 at 20 m, shared with a neighboring family. Ski and sled closet. No smoking allowed. Pets not allowed. Weekly rental, preferably from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. Activities: Summer: hiking, trail, mountain biking, climbing, via ferrata, tree climbing, summer tobogganing, giant zip line, paragliding, swimming pool, tennis, horseback riding, ice rink, cinema, swimming in the Embrun lake with equipped beach and games for children, water sports on Lake Serre-Ponçon, river rafting...
