Our friendly hosts or staff or I will greet you and give you a quick tour of the property, guiding you to your cozy accommodations. All rooms feature air conditioning, spacious closets, and comfortable memory foam beds. The master bedroom, with a luxurious king-size bed, is just steps from its own private bathroom. The mezzanine room offers four double beds, each comfortably sleeping two guests, with custom stairs leading to a loft protected by safety netting—perfect for kids and adults alike. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed facing the stunning North Coast views. Between these two rooms, you'll find a shared full bathroom with a bathtub, stocked with extra soaps, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience. The open-concept living room is just steps from the fully equipped kitchen, which overlooks the patio and breathtaking Atlantic Ocean. Step outside to the spacious patio and veranda, featuring ample seating, an additional dining table, two hammocks, and a cozy daybed that comfortably sleeps two—perfect for relaxing day or night. Enjoy the 50-foot-long lap pool, complete with a kid-friendly platform and jets for relaxing massages. (plenty of water) Whole house water filtration system with ultraviolet light. whole house water heater included. 🔋Our electricity comes from solar and a large battery bank. In the event of multiple cloudy or rainy days the generator (in a sound dampened room) will run for a few hours to charge battery bank. But power will be continuous. 📶Communication.
