Welcome to the Brohltal, with its many sights and proximity to the Nürburgring, a single-family home completely renovated in 2022 awaits you. For fitters, travelers, students, up to 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom are available. Please inquire about the possibility of a shared apartment or longer booking. Pets cost an extra €10 per day and must be insured The space In the rooms there is a large 2 x 2 m double box spring bed and a large wardrobe. Two bedside tables with lamps and a desk in one room. A minimum level of cleanliness is required and all utensils for this are on site. We only do a final cleaning. For longer stays, you are responsible for this. I don't take extra money for bedding or toiletries starter set. However, my price is in the lower segment. Liability insurance is desirable but not a condition. Other things to note Please read There is no smoking in the house. The shutters are old and heavy, please lower them slowly. After showering, please open the bathroom window completely for half an hour. Please separate the garbage and place the full bags behind the house on our side of the garden. Here you can also smoke comfortably. If it rains, you are welcome to come under the pergola on our side. I find the restriction of children 2-12 a large range. Children from 6 years of age can move differently than 2-year-olds. If child gates are needed, unfortunately I cannot serve with them. The house also does not have edge and socket protection. Unfortunately, a minimum level of parental supervision is required in this house. I can provide a children's travel bed for a fee. A minimum level of hygiene is also required. We personally clean the house at the end of your stay. If you are on site for a longer period of time, everything is available for a small intermediate cleaning by you.
