The neighborhood is a hidden gem of downtown. It is safe, quiet, and the property is secure and well lit. The space A mindfully eclectic bohemian home, yet also comfortable with much space to work, relax, and swim. Guest access Street parking is abundant.. and safe. Other things to note You will be walking distance from all the downtown nightlife and dining options, but tucked away on a sleepy street. This is the best part of town to stay in Bakersfield.
