One night stays are welcome at this newly renovated beachfront home on prestigious Todd Avenue. With no other homes between you and the ocean, it's a 3-minute walk to the open Farnborough beach. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, the home is perfect for families, those bringing extra vehicles or friends catching up. Only 3km drive to the CBD or ride your bikes all the way along the beach into town to really feel like you're on holiday. Enjoy the views from the large east facing verandah. The space Situated on the second storey, the entire residence is renovated with retro themes. Truly designed for 8 to sleep comfortably, bedroom one has a king bed plus single with trundle, built-in robes and with mirrors. Bedroom two has a queen bed with built-ins and bedroom three is a double. Frequent comments received are the beds are comfy, the house is homely and the location is perfect. The east-facing verandah runs the length of the home and is lockable and safe for kids. If you need to bring a boat there is room to park it around the home with a boat ramp approximately 20 minutes away. Downstairs in the backyard, you will find a 8-seater picnic table, bbq and plenty of room for the kids to run around under the shady trees. There is one bathroom with a separate toilet and full laundry facilities including detergents. Pantry staples include milk, zooper doopers, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, olive oil, cleaning products including laundry powder, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Guest access Parking spots are plentiful around the home with the western staircase your main entry point. Other things to note Pets are on a case-by-case basis. As Farnborough beach is a dog-friendly beach, dogs walk past the home on their way to beach frequently. Downstairs is totally separate from upstairs and is fully self contained with its own private entrance. I'm the only person who stays there from time to time with my little dog. I like to travel and spend most nights at my partners. If you want the place all to yourself please mention it when you book. Yeppoon has many sites to see including Stoney Creek, Capricorn Caves, day trips to Great Keppel Island for epic snorkelling and diving, Yeppoon Lagoon and the Kraken water park just to name a few.
