Exceptional room and study area.

This is the majority of a furnished annexe (no kitchen) located in Burridge , which is half-way between Portsmouth and Southampton. About a mile away from both Swanwick Marina and Park Gate village, Swanwick train station is 15 minute walk. With it's own entrance comprising of main bedroom/sitting area, separate study area and separate shower room. There is space to park a car off the road. A convenient base to visit Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton and The New Forest. Self check in. The space Parking space right outside the property with separate entrance to annexe. Main room has a double bed, seating and TV. Shower room has large walk in shower with remote temperature control, WC and wash basin. Study area with tea and coffee facilities, desk space and chair (kitchen not available however we have mini fridge, microwave and toaster also plates and cutlery). Guest access Direct access from the driveway, there are steps to the front door. We have a self check in process, a message will be sent with the details before your stay. Other things to note Not suitable for wheelchair access as there are a number of steps to the front door. There is not a kitchen area available to guests. There is an access door in the bedroom/sitting area to the main house which is locked while we have guests. Unfortunately we cannot accept pets.
