Located in the heart of Sandy Hill in central Ottawa, the property is a short walk away from the top attractions Ottawa has to offer. Enjoy a day of museum tours, shopping and dining at Byward Market, the 'Lady Dive' Amphibus Tour, or a boat cruise on the world renowned Rideau canal. The space Guest space is on the second floor of the home which has a bedroom with a queen bed and kitchenette, a private full bathroom, and a well-equipped work station. Free on-site parking and laundry are included. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the following spaces: Bedroom - you will sleep on a queen bed with a 10'' hybrid mattress. There is an elegant desk with a Samsung 32'' 4k smart monitor which can be used as a monitor or a smart TV with access to Netflix and live TV channels. Kitchenette (inside the bedroom) - equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Complimentary K-cup coffee and disposable cups are provided. Full bathroom (adjacent to the bedroom) - you can find all the essentials such as towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Work station/Den - equipped with 4k monitor, keyboard and mouse, laptop stand, and printer. Chargers and cables are provided. Guests are welcomed to take some of these equipments to use in their bedroom. Guests will also have access to the communal areas of the house which include a full kitchen, a living room, and a patio with BBQ. Guests are welcomed to use the communal areas, but are asked to keep the shared space clean after each use. During your stay By default I give my guests maximum privacy during their stay.
