Bright large city apartment – in Eimsbüttel

We are subletting our bright large city apartment while we are on a longer stay abroad. The place is fully furnished and ideal for families, but can also be used as shared apartment. It is located in a popular neighborhood close to the university, with lots of parks, coffee shops, little shops, and playgrounds. Easy accress to public transportion. Price includes utilities and Wifi. The space The place itself is incredibly quiet. It is owned and operated by the church parish next door. Windows go out east to the church garden, a space that is like a little park, hidden and quiet. Living room and kids rooms face south. The entire place, located on the third level of a 1970s brown stone, is very bright. The place is about 105 square meters, and it has 4 separate rooms. We use the largest room as our living room. Another large room, our boys’ bedroom, is where we spend most of our time. It is big, has lots of toys, a very comfortable bunk bed and lots of space to hang out and play. The second bedroom is smaller (our daughter’s room). We use it mostly as her bedroom and for dressing her, but it could also be used as a study. The third bedroom (parents room) contains a double bed, a large closet and a desk. There is also a large kitchen (with dish washer and laundy machine), a bathroom and a seperate guest toilet. There is a little room for storage, a large hallway, and a balcony facing south. The apartment was redone before we moved in about a year ago. It has new floors, and we ourselves completely re-built the kitchen – it has a very modern look now. Everything in the drawers (plates, glasses, pans, espresso machine etc.) is at your use. The price includes all utilites - electricity, water, heat, garbage – and WiFi. We also have 2 adult bikes, a two-seat bike trailer (that we use for transporting groceries) and 3 kids bikes. If you are interested, you can use these too for a small fee. Please note: If you plan on working from home, you should be aware that there is a Kita (child-care) in our building. This means there are plenty of kids around in the morning. Having worked from home myself, I can assure you that most of the time (and particularly when inside) these children are barely noticable.
