The space The Villa is surrounded by an immense garden, the splendid swimming pool frames a relaxing and absolutely unprecedented panorama for those who want to spend a holiday in Rome in a central area but far from the chaos of the city. The house consists of a ground floor with a patio to enjoy the Roman evenings, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 dining room with table and chairs, 1 single bedroom with bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 other bedrooms, one double and 1 twin, 1 bathroom with shower. It is equipped with wifi, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine and dishwasher. Outside tables and chairs to enjoy the pleasant Roman summer evenings Guest access Guests will have access to the entire villa located on two floors, to the outdoor patio where you can have meals and to the wonderful swimming pool shared only with the two owners who live in the villa opposite but who will never invade your spaces.
