There are 5 bedrooms (not 4 and a sofa bed!) with 3 double (1 with en suite) and 2 single bedrooms - 5 bedrooms in total - sleeping up to 8 people. Parking on site for 1 small/medium car/paid carpark 3 minute walk. The space Ground Floor Entrance Hall Functional hallway with units for shoe storage and a wifi router. Hive Central Heating - it's adjusted centrally to be consistent temperature through the year and cooler at night - please only adjust when necessary. Living Room Wall mounted 55" Smart TV with a Netflix account dedicated to the property for guest use. Feel free to log into any other accounts you have eg Amazon/Disney remembering to log out when you leave. 2 x comfy sofas and a coffee table There is a locked cupboard in the corner of the room which is for cleaning materials and should not be opened. Equipment Cupboard Off the hallway, there is a cupboard where we store all the equipment which belongs to the house such as iron/ ironing board, clothes airer, high chair, travel cot, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, dustpan and brush and more. WC Small convenient WC and Sink next to kitchen/diner and living room. Kitchen Diner Fully functioning kitchen with washing machine, pots/pans cutlery and crockery, general kitchen equipment and plenty cupboard and fridge/freezer space for your general needs. Small kitchen table which seats up to 6. Patio doors leading out to small courtyard garden. Courtyard Garden Small outdoor space with four chairs for relaxing outdoors if required Floor 1 Bathroom Fitted in 2022 - NO BATH - large shower room with sink and WC. British Gas maintained combi boiler means hot water on tap, and we maintain British Gas insurance for quick call out in the event of issues. Other things to note This is mentioned a lot - but the parking space is for small/medium sized cars and above. There is a paid carpark around the corner, please ask for details if you would like. Keys are provided for each room - plus a spare - losing a key attracts a £25 fee per missing key. We advise you do not use the keys to the rooms unless you have pre agreed with the owner. Just ignore them otherwise.
