The Cottage has been renovated and styled with a modern equestrian theme honouring its past lives as a sheep station and later, a racehorse stud. The cottage has a modern, bright and clean interior while the exterior has been spruced up but still retains its old world rustic charm. Situated on a picturesque farm in Yahl it is only a 10 minute drive to Mount Gambier The space Free WiFi, 1 x Queen Bed, 1 x Double Bed, 1 x set single bunk beds, 2 x bathrooms, 2 x living areas with reverse cycle air conditioning and smart TV's, 1 x Kitchen with air fryer, electric frypan, microwave, kettle and toaster - please note there is not a traditional oven or hotplates - BBQ and gas bottle provided on the verandah Guest access Guests can access the entire cottage. There is also a walk in pantry which holds cleaning equipment and is locked Other things to note The Cottage is located centrally on a small farm. The main farmhouse is also located on the property. The access is via an unpaved all weather accessible driveway, with parking on the lawn area. This is a farm and there will be cows and sheep in the paddocks and you may see rabbits, foxes, kangaroos, wallabies, emu flocks, insects and bugs. The area accessible for your stay is fenced and as part of the conditions to stay we request that guests do not venture past the fenced area unless discussed with the owners.
