You can't get closer to the Moselle! Renovated apartment in the heart of the Middle Moselle. On the large terrace, the Moselle is within arm's reach and thus almost unique. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, oven, and more. Private high-speed internet, a television with streaming services, are available. In addition to the shower, the bathroom also features a bathtub. You can enjoy the view of the Moselle from the box spring bed. The space The apartment was completely renovated and continues to be further optimized. The interior is modern and minimalist, without lacking anything. All electrical appliances have been newly installed. You can access the private entrance to the holiday apartment directly from the parking lot. The location is quiet, as the apartment is "around the corner" from the main road, so you won't be bothered by traffic noise. You might hear ships passing on the Mosel and some faint noise from the opposite street. Open kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking if you wish to do so. Microwave, drip coffee maker, kettle, and toaster leave nothing to be desired. Living room: The living room features a 55-inch OLED 4K television with various streaming services (Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video). There is fast internet (50 Mbps) that not only allows for streaming 4K movies but also for online work. The couch can be transformed into a sofa bed, making it possible for families with children to enjoy the apartment. Therefore, the dining table is also foldable and suitable for 4 people. Bedroom: The bedroom has a box spring bed with pocket spring mattress and cold foam topper for a restful sleep. Bedside lamps and sockets are available on each side of the bed. From the bed, you can directly view the water of the Mosel. Terrace: The terrace is about 10 meters from the Mosel but is safe from high water. Only the pedestrian and bike path separates the Mosel from the terrace. It's almost unique in such close proximity to the Middle Mosel. (I've explored it and searched in vain for such a location.) :-) In addition to comfortable outdoor furniture, there is an awning. Outdoor area: In front of the apartment, there are wooden tables with benches offering an unobstructed view of the Mosel.
