The space Private entrance to your own dedicated apartment, 1 Bedroom (sleeps 4), large open living space, bathroom with shower and newly renovated kitchen, plus dedicated covered patio with large table and grill. Shared back yard, hot tub, waterfront and dock with watercraft. There's a shared putting green and a fire pit with a Solo Stove there as well. Guest access Entire basement floor of the home, the covered patio, table and grill are dedicated to your use. Yard and dock, hot tub and watercraft are shared with the owners. Other things to note No Smoking and No Pets are allowed on the property. A small sailboat and an electric motorized dock are available to use for free upon successful operational checkout with owner. Some summer evenings, the owners take the motorized dock around the lake for a 'booze cruise' - we will gladly include you on the tour of the lake - just let us know if you'd like a guided tour!!! Please use outdoor shower to rinse off prior to using the hot tub.
