Ideal for 1 or 2 people, small but comfortable, well located and close to the Retiro Park, 5 minutes from the Salamanca district, and 15/25 minutes from the city center and museums. The space The property is located in a residential area, surrounded by parks and large groves. The apartment is new, quiet and comfortable. You will have a very pleasant stay. During your stay Through my work I have developed a sense of quality and excellence, seeking the best for others and in every situation. I live at home, and if my job allows me, I am available to receive you... and if not, there will always be someone in my place to receive you... Other things to note If the guest wants extra cleaning of the room daily, an additional €10 per cleaning day will be charged. If the guest stays for 1 month, an additional €45per month will be charged. And your room will be cleaned once a week, obligatory.
