Charming Room | Private Bathroom – Madrid Centre

Hi, I'm Silvia, a decorator and image consultant. I live at home with my pets Lúa 🐶 and Dior 🐩. I rent out a room with a private bathroom. Ideal for 1 or 2 people, small but comfortable, well located and close to the Retiro Park, 5 minutes from the Salamanca district, and 15/25 minutes from the city center and museums. Excellent metro and bus connections to explore Madrid. I'm looking for non-smoking, respectful, and tidy guests, who of course love animals. We'll be waiting for you 🙋‍♀️🐶🐩!! The space The property is located in a residential area, surrounded by parks and large groves. The apartment is new, quiet and comfortable. You will have a very pleasant stay. Independently, I like to receive guests and make them feel comfortable... During your stay Through my work I have developed a sense of quality and excellence, seeking the best for others and in every situation. I live at home, and if my job allows me, I am available to receive you... and if not, there will always be someone in my place to receive you... Independently, I like to receive people and always make them feel comfortable... Other things to note If the guest wants extra cleaning of the room daily, an additional €10 per cleaning day will be charged. If the guest stays for 1 month, an additional €45per month will be charged. And your room will be cleaned once a week, obligatory.
