Bright + friendly, balcony, renovated old building, quiet living room and bedroom, fast 100 Mbit Wi-Fi, centrally located in the trendy district of Neukölln, nice neighbors, excellent public transport, cozy cafes and pubs The space - Bright and friendly on the 3rd floor, south side with balcony, sun from morning to evening in the large bedroom and study and unobstructed views, S-Bahn [suburban train] can be heard in this room, but through soundproof windows ok, all other rooms quiet to the courtyard, very friendly neighbors - Families with children welcome! Families with children are welcome! - Four people can live very comfortably. There is a large 20 sqm bedroom/study with a new mattress 160 x 200 cm and a small 8 sqm bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200 cm (the two bedrooms are separated by the 20 sqm living room and hallway and three doors). I also have a very simple foam mattress to add. - Large bright bathroom (11 sqm) with combined bathtub/shower, washing machine and large (opaque) window - Cozy kitchen (9 sqm) with a small table. Large dining table for up to 8 people in the living room. Guest access I am not in the apartment when guests are there; I only rent when I am traveling. There is a detailed "user manual," and I am happy to provide advice and help before arrival. Guests can use all the rooms described and the balcony, and of course the bathroom and kitchen.
