The entire guest unit is private - your own private space. The owners unit is attached and walls are well insulated. Other things to note Unit has a deck with stairs. Park in front of deck, but not too close to trees, especially on windy days, and trees when blooming can leave a sticky film on the automobile but, it does wash off.
