Entry level two bedroom fully independent unit in home with central location, off road parking, shared use of covered patio, and access fenced back yard with ocean view. Apartment is cool in summer and warm in winter, minutes from shopping, restaurants, hospital, college, ferry to Quadra Island, walking trails and much more. And it is dog friendly. The space The two bedroom unit is entry level. It is spacious at approx. 700sqft and is equipped with most everything to make your visit comfortable. My three main goals are to provide COMFORT, CLEANLINESS, and CONVENIENCE to travelers. if you are visiting for medical purposes, the apartment is wheel chair friendly with its wide hallways, large bathroom, open concept, and minutes from hospital and medical. if you are visiting for work or pleasure, the location is central with easy access in any direction, on bus routes, with convenient off road parking. Two bedrooms have queens and a double pull out sofa in living room. These are good quality and dressed in linens that are washed after guest including duvet covers. Towels of different colors are provided so guests can remember which they used. My cleaning of units has always been meticulous including every touch point disinfected, all removable linens laundered, sofas and chairs wiped down, etc. My motto less is more: more space, less clutter. I try to have only what is useful to guests to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Guest access The unit is entirely for your sole use while staying at Comfort Away from Home 2. The covered patio and fenced back yard is shared sometimes with other guests who may be staying next door at Comfort Away from Home and my two dogs Goldie and Charlie frolicking in the yard on occasion. Other things to note This is a respectful relatively quiet environment designed for comfort and relaxation. As dogs live in the home, it is dog friendly, with a fenced back yard.
