Tucked away among the tranquil greenery, this retreat boasts contem[orary architecture, mod furnishings, two full kitchens, and a great outdoor space. Enjoy family barbecues on the large stone patio and dine alfresco at the charming picnic table. Wind down after a day on the trail in Acadia, with drinks and conversation around the firepit. Kick back in the open living area, where a woodstove provides a cozy ambience for movie nights. Upstairs, settle into the furnished loft with a mug of hot tea and a good book on rainy or snowy days. A private washer/dryer and fast WiFi add convenience to longer stays. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. A flight of exterior stairs is required to access the barn. The barn is above the owner's woodworking shop that operates between 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Some noise may be heard from the shop during these hours. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
