Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A chalet atop the mountain inside the gates of ALPINE LAKE RESORT. This property is an amazing place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city living and enjoy the cool, clean mountain air. We are only 30 minutes from all the added fun of Deep Creek Lake and WISP Mountain Resort We have excellent views of the mountains, however most days you cannot see the lake from the house. The lake is a short walk or drive down the hill. The space The spacious cabin has an open concept with plenty of space to re-connect as a family in the large living/dining/kitchen area. There are stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. There is a sunroom for morning coffee with a book and a tranquil moment. The house boasts two outdoor areas, including a gas grill and fire pit. Please note the bedrooms are on two seperate floors. On the first floor is a bedroom with 2 twin beds and then on the second floor are two bedrooms, each with a king size bed. We have two bathrooms- both have walk in showers. We also provide a toddler size tub for small children. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and other supplies to make a good meal. The resort does have a restaurant/bar (check the website for hours), a pool, gym, game room and small store with a few items (soda, snacks, etc). Guest access The boathouse rents boats, kayaks and fishing equipment. The fee is small, definitely give it a try! Walk to nearby HIKING trails & 150 acre STOCKED LAKE Resort amenities include 24/7 SECURITY, tennis, BEACH, 18 HOLE GOLF COURSE, Restaurant, bar, mini golf (seasonal) and playground for the kids & INDOOR POOL! Other things to note We only provide a starter kit of home essentials (garbage bags, soap, etc) that would last at most a weekend. If your stay is longer, please plan accordingly. We do not guarantee propane for the grill or firewood. This is on a honor system, in that you should replace what you use so the next person has it on arrival. Most people support this, but not all. This is not something we can regulate.
