All floors are fitted with retractable gates at the top and bottom of each staircase. A high chair and pack n' play with a firm newborn mattress is available on request for the little heirs! Any parent knows there are a million things to think about when planning a trip with children so let us take some of the burden off and answer questions for you! Outside, a spacious wooden deck awaits, equipped with comfortable seating and a BBQ grill. It's the perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening meal under the stars. Looking to eat out? Meredith has over 30 nearby dining/brewery options for you to choose from. We have tried most places at this point so message us for local recommendations! Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire three-storey home. This includes a private driveway with parking for four cars and an upstairs deck. Make yourselves comfortable! Other things to note Check in time is 3 PM or later. Check-out time is 10 AM. The cleaning crew arrives at 10 AM on check-out days. Once it is 3 PM you can use your access code to go in the front door. We'd like for all of our guest to enjoy themselves while also being respectful of our home. No house parties. We have gone to great lengths to minimize pesky bugs including a seasonal spray service, a 1 acre skeeter vac running 24/7, solar powered bug zappers, and complimentary repellant spray. With that said it is a waterfront property so we can't guarantee we can evict them completely.
