A private balcony in the trees is perfect for a quiet morning cup of coffee & grilling dinner. Our cleaning crew follows AirBnb guidelines to thoroughly disinfect throughout. Phase 2 = Pool & hot tub closed. The space Three story townhome: Floor 1: Two car garage and entry with coat rack on first floor, extra reserved spot right outside garage. Floor 2: Living room with fold out sectional, dining area with board games in pantry, fully stocked kitchen, & balcony with grill and seating for two. Floor 3: - Two relaxing bedrooms with comfortable queen Sealy Posturepedic mattresses, nightstands, big closets, & room darkening curtains. - Two bathrooms (one en suite) with lots of towels as well as shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion & makeup removers. - Laundry space with laundry detergent & dryer sheets. - Hall closet with more towels, iron & ironing board, & pack n/ play. Guest access Guests will have full access and use of the unit and it's amenities. You can come and go as you like and there's an electronic lock, so there are no house keys to keep up with other than the gym/pool key. There is a clubhouse available for rent with prior setup. We also provide a pack n/ play and baby gates for little ones.
