The space The fully air-conditioned accommodation is equipped with a separate entrance that serves a living room dining room of about 30 m2. A comfortable sofa bed provides extra sleeping space. The refurbished kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, rotating heat oven, Tassimo coffee machine and filter, electric kettle, hood... The 3 bedrooms are served by a large hallway which guarantees you a peaceful sleep. A separate toilet and a bathroom with washing machine, washer-dryer complete this property. From the kitchen you will access a first terrace furnished as a dining and relaxation area with deckchair. A gas barbecue is at your disposal. This terrace serves a second terrace where the private pool of 4 m by 3 m is located. Other things to note Childcare equipment can be provided upon request. (baby bed, highchair). Games and books for the whole family as well as petanque balls are also available. The village of Banne is a village with typical Ardèche character. It offers a night market and many summer events. Access to local shops is easy (3 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot). Swimming in the river and canoeing are part of the pleasures of a stay in Ardèche, and you only have to drive 10 minutes to enjoy it. Around the village many hikes are possible, including from the house. The villages of Les Vans or Ruoms, located 20 minutes away, are dynamic and remarkable sites in the region. Exceptional natural sites such as the Pont d'Arc, the Chauvet Cave or the Cocalière Cave are less than 30 minutes away.
