Upon request in advance, we can enhance the room by adding either a comfortable sofa-bed for additional flexibility or a dedicated workspace with a professional desk and ergonomic chair, while keeping the bed in place. Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the apartment and after on reception with security's accompaniment. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). The Guest details must be shared 03 hours prior to the guest’s check-in Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), the price is included a Tourism Dirham Fee per night and room. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 3000 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We have limited time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests. Respect for others is essential. In case of loss of the key - from the entrance to the building, parking and gym (white plastic card) - a fine of 500 dirhams. In case of loss of the access card to the apartments (green small card) - a fine of 1000 dirhams. Be sure to take a photo of the keys on the table before checkout and leave them there, send a photo of the keys, all rooms to the host and close the front door with door-code.
