Welcome to our home. This is our primary residence & it was built in the 70s. Expect some things may be a bit dated. Easy access! We are centrally located: approx. 5 miles from LV strip, downtown LV, Allegiant stadium, T-Mobile Arena, LV Festival Grounds, Chinatown, & LV convention center. If you are the outdoorsy type, we are 11 miles from Red Rock Loop, 15 miles from the Speedway, & 22 miles from Mt. Charleston. No shoes or smoking inside but we have chairs on the front porch. The space Are you in town for an extended amount of time for a work project? Why stay at a hotel with all the extra fees and traffic, when you can stay at a home away from home. we are situated in a quite, safe neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough for you to still enjoy on your downtime. Parking is free on our driveway and there are no resort fees to worry about. Guest access You will have access to all the common areas: living room, family room, front porch, backyard, and of course the kitchen (plenty of space for you in the fridge and freezer). During your stay Keep in mind, this is our primary residence so running into one another during your stay is very likely.
