In this nearly 4000sqft home you will find multiple areas to experience relaxation. Plan an unforgettable stay in this home that has been tailored with families and large groups in mind. Whether you’re here for family vacation, visiting the in-laws, a staycation, or traveling with a group, you’ll find this space was designed to accommodate you. The home is split into a few areas… When you enter the home, you find the bedroom hall just off the entryway. Bedrooms: First in the hall is the primary suite with a king-size bed, sleeper couch and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower & freestanding bathtub. On the bathtub you’ll find extra amenities like bubble bath & bath bombs. Across the hall you find 2 queen rooms that share a jack and jill bathroom with a double sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. At the end of the hall are the final two bedrooms, a king room and a full/twin trundle room that share a jack and jill bathroom with a double sink vanity and a beautiful walk-in shower. In the primary bedroom closet you’ll find a pack n’ play w/sheets and a bassinet w/sheets -Each bedroom features a walk-in closet, a full-length mirror and smart TV for all your streaming services. -Each bathroom features amenities like toilet paper, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand wash. You’ll love the convenience of a laundry room near the bedrooms, with washer and dryer, along with laundry detergent, dryer balls, and storage space. Common areas: Just to the other side of the entryway, you find yourself in our gorgeous living room, experiencing a tranquil and inviting ambiance in this comfortable space with flowing natural light. This space was designed with connection through conversation in mind. You’ll have ample seating space for your whole family or group. Beyond the living space is the main dining area. Don’t worry about accommodating your large group at mealtime; a large table seats 8 comfortably. The kitchen: This kitchen is a dream space for gathering. The 16.5ft island invites you in with the intentionality to build memories that last a lifetime. The island also has 6 barstools to invite people to engage and gather while cooking. You’ll find the kitchen well-equipped with stainless-steel appliances and all you need to cook a fantastic meal for your family or group. The coffee area will feature most ways to make caffeine happen for the coffee junkies. The drawers are filled with utensils and gadgets. The cabinets have dishware and most modern convenience appliances i.e... blender, hot water kettle, air fryer, griddle, crockpot and toaster. The kitchen is also equipped with cleaning supplies, dish soap & trash bags. You will feel right at home in this space, right away. Just off the kitchen is the breakfast nook with seating for 7 and the half bathroom is conveniently located near this space as well. Movie room: The downstairs movie room access is conveniently located just off the kitchen. Perfect for grabbing movie time snacks. In this spacious movie room, you’ll find a large comfortable sectional for everyone to cozy up on for movie time or to catch a game. This space also features family friendly board games and Pop-A-Shot. Outdoor spaces: **Disclaimer: Part of the pool area of our property was recently damaged by high wind storms in Oklahoma. This damage does not effect the use of the home or function of the outdoor pool area. We are waiting for insurance repairs and thank you for your consideration during this process (Please see added photos)** Step out into the outdoor pool room through the living room’s slider doors and relax in the seating area while enjoying the view of the pool. This outdoor pool room is one of the most stunning features of the home. You’ll be greeted by the pool as you gaze out the windows from almost every common area in the home and the primary bedroom. The pool and pool room reach ideal temperature during late May-early September when Oklahoma is nice and warm. For an additional fee during your stay the pool can be heated to a comfortable temperature, we just need a 48hrs notice. Off the pool room on the back of the home is another patio space, cook on the grill and dine al fresco in the privacy of the almost 1 acre fenced-in backyard. You’ll experience unmatched peace and quiet, along with complete serenity, in this home. Guest access Guests have full access to the property with the exception of the garage and free standing hot-tub in the backyard that is not functional. There is ample parking in the driveway for up to 10 vehicles. Other things to note Our outdoor pool room is open year round. The room is not heated and will fluctuate in temperature with Oklahoma weather. The room is fully enclosed, with the exception of two sun sliders that stay in the open position. The pool is available to be heated during your stay for an additional fee. Pool heating will not change the outdoor pool room temperature. We strive to provide a 5 star experience for our guest.
