Cosy guest room for traveller in a city center

Quiet and central accommodation in a spacious and bright flat with two bathrooms and open-space living room and kitchen. The guest room is practically private but inside there are two of my closets - which at some point I have to use - so in the announcement I define it as a shared room, even actually it'd be private at 80%. I live with a dachshund dog that always becomes a very good friend with guests! :) The apartment is a quiet place for quiet people, just 400m from the station. Other things to note I live with two small dogs that will greet you, also with barking, at any time🙂🐶, so if you want to return very late at night this accommodation may not be suitable. We have a quiet lifestyle and often the other person who lives with me will get up at 5:45 in the morning to go to work. You will be very quiet and comfortable, but it is an accommodation for quiet people. You can use the kitchen, the dining room and if you need the washing machine, I will probably be at home and I can help you. And I like to have a relationship with guests, in fact I do it mostly because I like to help travelers, share with people from other places, cultures and perspectives. The room is private but I have my closet inside. We'll just have to organize things so that I can take my clothes when I need them and that's it. You'll be on your own if you want. The apartment is very bright and centrally located. We have two bathrooms, so there's no problem with being able to go to the bathroom whenever you want. I always prefer stays of a few days. And get to know a little about the guest before accepting their request. Thank you.
